The Hollywood actor is co-founder of Ocean Therapy Solutions (OTS). “What Kevin [Costner] said was extremely significant,” believes John W. Houghtaling.
Costner’s testimony came on the heels of a decision by BP to sign a letter of intent with OTS, says John W. Houghtaling. BP agreed to further use the machines used during the Gulf spill clean up. Costner testified before the House Committee on Science and Technology, reports John W. Houghtaling.
In 2005, at the age of 33, John W. Houghtaling became managing partner of Gauthier, Houghtaling and Williams.
